By using WatSupAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use our service.

WatSupAI provides entertainment and educational content only. To the extent permitted by applicable law (including mandatory Dutch and EU consumer rights), we are not liable for supplement use, health outcomes, or medical decisions based on our content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (including death or personal injury caused by our intent or gross negligence). Use at your own risk.

All content is for entertainment and educational purposes only. Not medical advice. AI-generated insights ≠ lab results. We're not doctors.

Users are responsible for consulting healthcare professionals before making supplement decisions. Consult a doctor. Get blood work. Don't make medical decisions based on AI-generated insights.

WatSupAI uses automated artificial intelligence to generate analyses. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human professional. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated.

AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is for entertainment and education only. Do not rely on it for health decisions.

We do not position WatSupAI as a high-risk medical AI system under the EU AI Act. If you believe content is harmful, contact us at support@watsupai.com.

Users must be 18+ to use WatSupAI. 18+ only. Supplements are adult products, and so is our content. We verify age via disclaimer modal on first visit.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €2.99/month (including applicable VAT for EU consumers where required). Prices are shown before checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel
• You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal
• No refunds for partial months unless required by law
• You keep access until the end of your current billing period

By subscribing, you agree to automatic monthly billing until cancellation and confirm you are requesting immediate access to digital content.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): You generally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once you start using the service, if you expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in the Netherlands). EU consumers retain mandatory statutory rights under Dutch law, including conformity guarantees for digital services. If applicable, you can use our model withdrawal form.

You can share your results, post them on social media, tag your friends. That's the whole point. Just don't claim we gave you medical advice. We didn't.

We only analyze supplements. Don't try to scan:

• Prescription drugs or medications
• Medical conditions or symptoms
• Anything that's not a supplement

We'll reject it and show you an error message. That's a hard boundary.

WatSupAI content, including stack scores and analysis, are for your personal use. You can share them, but don't resell or repackage our content as your own.

We do our best to keep WatSupAI running 24/7, but we don't guarantee uptime. Sometimes things break. We'll fix it as fast as we can.

EU Online Dispute Resolution: For consumer disputes, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Dutch Dispute Resolution: We are not currently affiliated with a dispute resolution body, but we're committed to resolving complaints fairly.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands (specifically, the competent court in The Hague).
