Before you use this form

Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, for digital content and digital services supplied immediately after purchase (such as a WatSup AI Pro subscription), the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your withdrawal right.

At checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate access to the service and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may therefore be lost once the service begins.

If you nevertheless believe you remain entitled to withdraw under applicable law, you may use the form below. You may also email support@watsupai.com with the same information. Use of this form is optional.

How we handle your request

We will acknowledge your request without undue delay.

Where a valid withdrawal right applies, we will reimburse all payments received from you using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

We do not charge any fee for handling withdrawal requests.
